You might think that the library would be a quiet place when the lights go
out, but that’s when the storytime puppets, rabbit, lion and hermit crab,
come out and have all sorts of fabulous adventures. On this particular night
the crab had hidden from “her” when she closed the place up. Lion and rabbit
are worried, so they search all through the library until they find their
friend, and when they hear what adventures he wants to have, they decide to
join him.
This is lots of fun; both well written and illustrated. Librarians everywhere
should worry that their stuffies might get ideas if this is left lying around.
